@CoxHelp Apologies are great and all, and I understand outages happen, but I’m getting frustrated with the frequency of them. Third time in a month, not counting the obvious outage due to storm damage, is getting beyond annoying. I’m just glad I didn’t have any work/school obligations.

@CoxHelp Nope, as a major ISP you should hold yourselves to a higher standard when it comes to securing your customer’s information. You can allow insecure methods of #2FA all you want, but please also add secure methods so customers who chose to take their security seriously can do so.

Hella pissed off again with @CoxComm !! 🤬🤬🤬 Another random outage - the third since the planned upgrade outage - and my service has SUCKED since the “upgrade”. Giving serious consideration to dumbing their **** service if this continues. I DM’d @CoxHelp with no response. 🤬🤬

Just a heads up @CoxHelp, despite my connection being okay NOW. At 2:18am earlier my connection was interrupted for about five minutes by the same ******* who was constantly doing it months ago. You might want to see about any tampering on the main cable lines inside.

@LeadToday @CoxHelp It's pathetic, and @CoxHelp wants to make you think it's localized and non-systemic, while I'm 1,500 miles away from you and getting the exact same issue...450mbps download and 0.03 upload. The internet is unusable.
