My recent stay at Elba Lucia was nothing short of great. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby until the day of my departure, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations for the price we payed. The check-in process was swift and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. One of the highlights of my stay was the all-inclusive package offered by the hotel. The selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic were great. The all-inclusive package truly offered exceptional value for money. But what truly set Elba Lucia apart was its staff. Every member of the team, from the housekeeping staff to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. A special shout-out to Barbara and Johnny, whose exceptional hospitality and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. In addition to the outstanding service, the hotel's facilities were good. Whether lounging by the pool or participating in the various activities and entertainment options available, there was never a dull moment during my stay.Overall, my experience at Elba Lucia was nothing short of great.

This is our last day at the hotel. We read negative and positive reviews before our stay and wasn't sure what to expect. We booked for 1 week bed and breakfast. The walk to the town centre is 30 mins if you go down the coast or 15 mins if you do what is known as the moon walk (basically rocks and deserted but safe) if not the hotel has a shuttle service to take you or its 4 euros in a taxi.On our second day we decided to upgrade to all inclusive, it cost us an additional 192 euros for 5 days (£166) purely because we wanted a chilled holiday and not having to go into town for meals. The food has been great and I've saved a small fortune on alcohol. The staff at the hotel have been fantastic friendly and will do everything to help you during your stay. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and beds are made every day, the only negative is that it just needs a couple of general repairs to render but that's the builder side of me.Every day Gianni and Barbara who look after the entertainment do multiple activities throughout the day, they have so much energy you can't help but get involved.. through the day you should definitely do the shuffle board, the shooting, darts or mini golf.. not only does it break up the day but it gives you chance to laugh and build friendship and rivalry through the sports with other guests.. we have met some amazing people and some new life friends because of Gianni and Barbara, we can't thank you enough for making our week at Elba Lucia a fantastic stay.Would definitely stay again.

Fab hotel. We had a lovely experience, the staff are friendly and full of life. They are always willing to help you. The rooms were always kept very clean and tidy as well as the rest of the resort. The resort was close to some local mini marts, restaurants and bars. The nearest town is 10 minutes away but they offer a free shuttle service which is fantastic. We hired a car for 3 days to get around the island, and I can honestly say it was the best decision. We were able to do all the attractions at a time and speed that suited us.

Donna Bolshy Walshy

Please DO NOT take any notice of the negative comments here.NO this is not a 4 or 5 star accommodation but saying that, when the maintenance/update starts I cannot see why it cannot become 4 or 5 star..Yes the rooms are tired but wouldn't you be with the constant usage.Anyway the food is fabulous, I went to a 4 star hotel last month and the food was no way near as good and as flavoursome as this place. The variety of different meals every day was endless.I can understand when people say when they moan about the food being repetitive in hotels but not tin this one, I wish we stayed a fortnight to have a repeat of some of the foods. Now onto the staff, these are 5star, all polite, very helpful and all with smiles on their faces.I would love to pick one member of staff and say they stood out, but they all did, they are a credit to Elba Lucia. Now onto the rooms, I was in two and were tired in places but it did not stop the function of the room or upset us in anyway. But if it did the staff are quick to resolve any issues you have. There is a free shuttle bus to the shopping centre and beach. There is a market on Tuesdays and Sunday, the shuttle bus does not stop there, but if your energetic, get off at the shopping centre and walk back to the market about 10 mins walk. The taxi is from 4-5 euros to get there.Watch out for the African stall holders, can be very aggressive in there sales and the items for sale are repetitive. The shopping centre is not that big, it would take about an hour to do all the shops. There is restaurants as you leave the shopping centre to the beach, food is very nice here.Go to the beach and see the chipmunks😁.But going back to the Elba Lucia, a lot of people never left the hotel as it was the most enjoyable time there.Everyone I spoke to whilst there, are all booking to return as it was so good.Well done Jose and all the team @Elba Lucia can't wait to come back

Sandra Cullen

We stayed in The Elba Lucía for 9 day's. We had a great time. Barbara and Gianni were the kid's entertainers, they were brilliant. The kids had great fun joining them for activities every day. They made it lots of fun and this made the kid's want to be involved and look forward to next activity . Barbara and Gianni did evening entertainment also for adults and children. They put on a show of their own one of the evening's and we all loved it. I highly recommend them for entertaining all guests. Thank you Barbara and Gianni

It is a large , clean and child friendly hotel complex. One of their 2 swimming pools is currently being refurbished .At the moment one pool is sufficient .The rooms look a wee bit tired but very spacious , well equipped and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering ! There is also a buffet restaurant . There is ample quality and plenty of choice. The staff are wonderful and the same.goes for the entertainment team !I we shall certainly be returning !

We've just came back from our two week holiday and we are impressed how much it has to offer for a three star hotel! The rooms are spacious with great cleaning service. The location worked very well for us. There is a little walk to the beach ( it is quicker when you go through town, rather than promenade), but the beach itself is very clean with easy access, with no cliffs to go up and down and very safe to stay with small children. The buffet option was just right for us, with very good choice. We've read in some reviews that it was repetitive, but we didn't feel that at all and we really liked the fact that you could have healthy meals with different types of fish and vegetable options. The greatest asset of the hotel are definitely members off staff. Everyone we've dealt with with was welcoming and friendly, and we could tell they do their best to give visitors the great experience. We've especially appreciated children's animation staff. Our children didn't miss any of the shows and are already talking about coming back. Hopefully we will be able to do so next year.

Rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Cleaners came in every day which was greatly appreciated. Can't fault the staff in the restaurant, not one of them stops the entire night, they work incredibly hard. Each of them walk round full of smiles which is lovely.Food was great quality too. Each night had a different theme which was nice. And the location was brilliant. Sea view from the pool side and certain rooms which is lovely. And wasn't a long walk from the beaches, promenade and the town.We decided to hire a car for 3 days which made for a great experience, we explored a lot of the island during the week, certainly worth looking into.Enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us!

Stayed at this hotel for the third time. This time we stayed on the all inclusive package. The hotel is very clean throughout. Entertainment could be better but it does serve its purpose.Food was fantastic. Breakfast Lunch and dinner are all buffet style and very very good. They even serve rice pudding. Plenty of sunbeds are situated around the twoStaff throughout the hotel could not be better. Fantastic.Although the hotel is a ten minute walk from town it is still in a fantastic location. If you travel with Jet2 on the morning of departure you take your suitcases to reception and Jet2 pick them up and you don't see them again till you arrive at your destination airport. All in all a fantastic eleven night holiday.Must mention the staff again. Absolutely fantastic.

Trevor Taylor

I would definitely recommend this well run hotel. Staff seem happy to work there and a great location. Get a sea view room; I spent a lot of time looking at the impressive waves. Pool bar has free hot drinks, juice and ice cream; nice touch. Everywhere is kept clean and rooms are comfy. Lots of choice of food, although main course dishes were on the bland side. Resort is nice and close to the airport, so short transfer time.

The rooms and general areas were unhygienic and in need of refurbishments. The facilities are questionable at best. An example of this is the shower that goes cold after 1 minute of use. Some of the staff (mainly night staff) were quite rude. We had an incident where some random people used a different key to get into our room while sleeping, they were giggling and as soon as we spoke up and questioned them they left laughing. We told the night staff and he did nothing. The pool is not at all heated and pretty much unusable. The food is disgusting, mainly canned and microwaved food that is inedible with mystery meats to top it off that will make you sick. There’s also a VERY limited selection of food. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. They are outdated and clearly not cleaned properly. Also people can and have been running over the balconies to get to other rooms. Also the night manager left the computer open and the desk unattended for anyone who wished for o look at everyone’s information on the computer. Overall it’s not a safe or welcoming environment, it’s also dirty and outdated. Wouldn’t stay again. We paid £500 for 4 nights and it is really not worth it.

my husband and I just got home yesterday from a fabulous week at Globales Costa Tropical. Please do not believe the bad reviews, those have probably been written by people who would pick faults in brand new 5* hotels, our personal experience and everyone we spoke to was one of very good value for a 3* hotel. The rooms were kept very clean, maids around cleaning every day, our room was a bit tired but the hotel are in the process of upgrading. The food was lovely and always a good selection, we ate there all the time and didn't feel the need to go elsewhere.Pool and gardens were well maintained, pathways and sunbeds washed every morning, yes the pool is cold but once you are in it is lovely. The staff are all friendly and even though they all work very hard they always have a smile, even though they may be working more than 1 job in the hotel! Susie on the pool bar was a real gem.Entertainment was fine, quiz nights and Karaoke. It is a family friendly hotel and we will certainly return here, we cant wait till our next visit!

Sandra Barnell

Went last year, good for the price so we thought we would give it another go. Wish we hadn't. They must have changed the chef. The food was tasteless, we ate out for 3 nights. Very poor entertainment. I'd rather pay more and stay in Castillo Caleta. If you are already booked ask reception to book a taxi. It costs approx 4 euros go to Fado rock steak house opposite flowers of Scotland absolutely beautiful food. Good pubs there too..

I really wanted to like this hotel, but unfortunately I was placed into one of the duplex apartments that still needs to be renovated.Upon check-in I was met by a friendly man at reception who explained meal/bar times and showed me where my room was.On checking into the room, I thought it was very dated but seemingly acceptable for a short stay.Unfortunately after my first night of sleep, I woke up and was unable to use the shower due to brown water continuously coming through the tap. I reported this to reception and to their credit, it was fixed within a few hours. On my second night I noticed loud insect noises coming from inside the room, I managed to ignore them for some time but they became louder and louder. When I tried to identify where they were coming from, I noticed cracked floor tiles on the stairs. I sprayed some insect repellent here and 4 or 5 small co*ckroaches came out, followed by several larger ones.I reported this to reception and was told someone would come to spray the room, nobody came. The cleanliness of the rooms at first appears ok, but then when trying to locate these insects, I noticed how the floors are poorly cleaned, the sofa is filthy (cobwebs, spider eggs and other general dust and dirt as soon as you look underneath). This is the same for every other piece of furniture. It is either dirty, broken, or both.I wouldn't recommend staying here, particularly in the duplex rooms that haven't been renovated (or cleaned) in years.

Our first time abroad since Covid, we booked this Through JET2,It was fully Inclusive. The rooms were very cosy clean with air con in the sitting room and a bedroom. The beds were brand new and very comfortable. The bathroom had the best shower I have ever been in.The food was plentiful and a very good choice to suit literally anyone, Of course Lager and wines were free and self service. The Staff work very hard clearing away plates and tables and are always cheerful. For a 3 star hotel I would say it's under rated,Local shops are about 100 yards away to buy things like coffee and milk if you are like us and wake early and can't wait till the Restaurant is open

Lauren Priest

Came here for a week with 2 young children, I didn't realise how spaced apart the hotel was, but we were placed in block B which was close to the heated pool and restaurant, so a 5 or so minute uphill/stairs walk to the other pools and evening entertainment. Both pool areas had bars that had both food & drink, food was not self service in the bars, you needed to ask. The restaurant was well laid out and clean, the food was presented well and you could see how hard the staff worked to ensure plates were cleared and food was always topped up.The room looked nice, the bedroom window rattled, the doors/floor were uneven making them tough to shut & the shower was very slow, but the room itself looked nice, did the job and the outdoor area with table and chairs was lovely, as was the size of the drying rack for clothing.Room clean was every other day, this was a very basic towel change, sweep and emptying of small bin.Wouldn't recommend leaving any food out, we noticed quite a few ant looking bugs and a couple co*ckroaches in the room, not the hotels fault at all, as it was all very clean, but just a warning not to leave food around. The hotel is a 10 minute downhill walk to a lovely beach, if you want to make the day longer I'd highly recommend going through the streets to visit some shops and parks, we visited roughly 4 or 5 different parks in just one day walking down to the beach, there's also a lovely walk that takes you to views out to sea where there's chipmunks, it leads to the harbour and then on to the beach. You can feed the fish for €1, swim with sea lions for €49, do an inflatable obstacle course for €12, and also a glass boat, pedalo's and pedalo's with slides at the harbour, but I can't remember how much they were. There is also a mini golf just off from the beach.Children's disco started at roughly 8.45pm and went on for about 30 mins which was a big hit for the children (6 & 2) then the evening entertainment started around 9.30pm, we didn't stay for this so can't comment on what it was like. The guy behind the bar was very polite and worked quickly to get everyone their orders, there is a drinks list at the bar which states which are all inclusive and which you have to pay for. There's a supermarket and a British shop just a 5 minute walk up hill (can be seen from reception)There's a market on Tuesday and Saturday, just down hill from the hotel, lots of fake designer bits and souvenirs. All in all, I would happily stay here again!

Stephanie Goodall

Me and my family came here on the 10th of January and loved our holiday so much that we would definitely come back here. The hotel staff are friendly and had amazing service, food was amazing especially breakfast time however I would have loved chicken nuggets on the menu for kids. The rooms are fantastic and clean, great location and pools are fantastic my kids loved the splash park. I loved how you didn't have to wait on drinks and could help yourself to them whenever. All in all this place is fantastic. 😁

GianAtronic

Just returned from a week in this newly renovated hotel and all I can say is thank you. We have 2 young children who were thoroughly entertained by the animation team. Nico, Gabor and Naty have been amazing! I honestly don’t know where they get their energy from? They never stop and are constantly making sure the kids are having an amazing holiday! I will say that Nico brings the best out of everyone!

Tomasz Sokolowski

Rooms are 3* so expect 3* .Rooms are OK same food not perfect but good. Location great, room service very good. Cleaners are very polite and helpful. The only and I mean it only problem is lady in pool bar C she expect tips for all inclusive drinks. She literally try to make aside on her salary. I rather buy my own in town than use all inclusive drinks. Rude rude rude. I honestly recommend hotel but management need do something about bar services. Really good holiday. Honestly recommend

Avoid. There are quite a number of raving reviews about this place, so I had to really think hard about posting this; and the resort pictures do look lovely - but from my own lived experience I cannot recommend this place. The pictures look jazzy, but if you look a little closer when you get here, you just see a small and grubby resort that has really past its best. It really looks like it needs an injection of cash to look clean and neat. I'm sure it was great 20 years ago.RoomsSmall and came with some free insects. The shower had good pressure, but all of the equipment is old and yellowing.StaffVery friendly and professional in the main, note: I didn't see a lifeguard during my stay.EntertainmentYou're jammed into a small covered outdoor area, generally poor. There is a really small and grim "entertainment room" which is really only their to tick boxes for some of the package holiday providers, but no one used this and most of the equipment did not work or was unplugged.I was pleased I rented a car, as I simply could not face staying here other than to get my head down each night. What is worse, my whole family contracted D&V from this resort towards the end of our stay, so I ended up juggling vomit bags on the plane, not pleasant. Spend your money elsewhere.

Louise L (Sunny215)

Very clean and well looked after hotel. A stones throw away from the sand dunes and a 20 min or so walk from the start of the center, which is great to walk off the all inclusive food...speaking of which I cannot understand why people have any complaints each night is varied with lots of different options available. The €1 plastic cup is a great idea as it means plastic isn't scattered everywhere and wasted. Great entertainment available if you like that sort of thing. 3x pools are great. Shop on site is a nice touch amd reasonable prices. We have 2 days left of our holiday and are disappointed to be leaving and when we have children we will bring them back to here for sure!

Peter Lawson

Good facilities, very clean, polite hard working staff. Arrived on Saturday 20th April. All inclusive, food is good and restaurant is well staffed, clean with a selection of food. Apartments are spacious with a good sized kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, hob. Room has television but no English channels. Open plan with sea and breakfast bar. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, bday, and sink. With towels included. Bedroom has a very large comfy bed with plenty of storage but could probably do with some extra shelving. Lovely outlook on to pool, loads of sun loungers, very clean with children's pools and play areas. Would highly recommend.

Emily oates

Lovely small hotel in Corralejo. It's about 30mins walk in to the main square/port so not very central. The staff are brilliant. The hotel is family friendly but could do with a few more high chairs! Kudos to Andrea for his kids disco every night our daughter loved it! We found there was a big selection of food and themed nights so it didn't get too repetitive. The apartments are quite small if there's more than two of you sharing as there is very little storage in the bedroom (drawers) or bathroom. They could do with a bit of updating, but they were clean and well equipped. We had a great holiday here and would visit again.

Gary Swift

Arena Beach does exactly what it says on the tin. You hear a lot of negativity when it comes to all-inclusive package deals, but I can honestly say it was better than I expected.Food was better than I thought it would be, all though food did get boring after day 4.Cleanliness was good.Kids' pools and main pool were good, varied, and clean.Kids' entertainment could have been a bit better, but okay.Location 15 mins walk from main drag, but I preferred the pubs closer by to Arena Beach. The pubs sold better beer. (Craft/Belgian/International)Staff and Reception are extremely helpful. It was our first ever AC holiday together, and after this experience, I wouldn't write off another one in the future. Bravo

Booked by love holidays, great location, standard 3 stars villa. New swimming pool. Place have own security guard. Safe for family, quiet.Recommend for family or couples . Villa need a bit of refurbishing but worth of price as we spend most of time travelling and visiting places around Fuerteventura. Shops and restaurants around corner.

A great place to stay. Only downfall is the towels provided smelt of damp so we had to wash them all before they could be used. The place was clean and everything you need for a short stay. Local to the centre , 10 mins walk. A nice looking swimming pool (didn't go in so no idea how cold!)Definitely worth staying at and will return to the same place if available.

Family holiday with daughters and grandchildren. Basic rooms, could do with a little tlc. However you couldn't fault the staff , very friendly and the pools were clean. Would definitely return, in fact we're planning on doing so.

I honestly read some reviews and thought omg what have I booked , but on arrival I was pleasantly surprised the staff are really friendly it’s more of a holiday village than hotel spread over a large area , ok so the hotel and rooms are dated and tired , I must state I paid circa £350 for a 2 bedroom apartment for a family of four for 7 nights in the Easter school holidays and tbh I thought it was great value the apartment was huge and defo worth the money I paid if I had paid double that it would be worth it but you get what you pay for in life and overall the hotel , staff and rooms were worth everything I paid ,the bar is really good value and friendly plays all the live football games at once and there’s a large balcony and plenty of space also a good pool table indoors, there’s are 2 good sized pools well kept and clean and salt water, the pool bar was run by a nice English couple and was great value there’s local supermarkets next to the hotel and a complex next door with English pubs and restaurants (Indian and Chinese as well) all very friendly and cheap as chips…….overall it was worth every penny of a budget holiday. One little warning nothing to do with the hotel but there are Moroccan thieves wandering around we caught one trying to steal a child’s bag one night but this is just the world nowadays and not just in this area, I would definitely go again if I was on a budget

1, The reception was professional ,quick and friendly . We arrived late ,.... a special snack was put aside for the three of us....me ,my wife and five year old son .2. The room was good ( a little dated ) but clean. The opposite hotel has a noisy generator that kept us awake.....The next day the hotel moved us to an " up graded sea view room " Much appreciated .3. Food. Cannot fault it at all . Lots of choice VERY TASTY .Shame some guests did not respect the dress code .4. Nice pool area and ten minute walk to a long sandy beach .5 . The entertainment at night was good .The Animation team were there if you wanted them but did not bother you if you wanted a quiet restful stay. This hotel is a good four star hotel and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay here .

Relaxing. Professional staff. Awesome entertainment team(Teddy is a top bloke). Good selection of food. Clean rooms. Nice pool. On the beach in seconds. 5min cab ride to the lagoons. Lost a star for an ant attack on my balcony. Staff got rid of them for us as soon as I reported to the reception but it was an army of them. Don't leave food or drink on the balcony!

The hotel is all you need for a relaxing break in the sun - relaxing atmosphere, with the option of group activities (yoga, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball and more). The beach is right at the end of the hotel, although it is air bit stony. If you walk maybe 5 mins more, you will find a perfectly sandy beach to enjoy. The sea salt pool is a great alternative, but is quite chilly, although very refreshing in the heat of the sun.Being my second time here, they generously left a bottle of sparkling wine in my room, which was kept clean, was comfortable and air conditioned. The only thing I missed was a socket by the bed to charge my phone. The staff are attentive, welcoming, professional and enthusiastic. The food is plentiful with enough variety to suit most needs. The bar is continuously available and serve generous pours of spirits to keep you in the holiday spirit.I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and can assure you that you will not be disappointed. The only thing that let it down for me was some of the guests, who were quite rude - but this is most likely due to cultural differences.

Jan Boyd-Smith

I agree that the exterior paintwork could do with an update, BUT everything else at this hotel is wonderful. Hotel has direct access to a 1 mile long and beautiful sandy beach. The gardens and pool area very well maintained and the pool, in mid April 2017, was heated, and plenty of sunbeds around. Staff all very polite and helpful including those at reception. Food and restaurants very good. Spacious balconies overlooking pool and gardens. We would definitely go there again.

I have stayed here numerous times over the past 2 years and would recommend them. I found them to be clean. The staff are very good and nothing isn't too much trouble. If you want your room cleaning or fresh towel, you request this the night before. The beds are a bit hard. I only use it as a base and to use the pools,The pool and gardens are all well kept.I did all-inclusive once, but it wasn't for me. The food was poor and much the same each time. You could only use the one bar that was attached to the all-inclusive restaurant to get drinks. As you have to pay in the other bars in the complex. Our room wasn't on the all-inclusive part, so if you wanted to use the pool where our room was, we had a 5 minute walk to get a drink or snack. I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive

Nice area. walking distance to the supermarket, shops, restaurants and beach. Very British and Irish area. Not to buys in Easter, which we loved. First bungalows are close to reception but bit far from restaurant and pool, which was towards the end of the complex. Nice swimming pool and kids pool is great too. Staff are not very friendly. But we had a great time.

Phil Robinson

We booked this for a we cheap break away from the British weather. I was a bit concerned about some of the reviews. We found it to be fine and had a great break. Our apartment was basic and could do with a bit upgrading but had everything we needed and was spotless and can't grumble at the price we paid. There is enough bars restaurants near by but if you want more its about a 20 minute walk to the town centre.

E BD

Basic 2 star accommodation but clean and has everything you need to cook. No toiletries supplied. Towels and toilet roll and washing up liquid are.For the price I was happy to live with the basics. I enjoyed the privacy of the Bungalows, the location is excellent, 5 mins from 2 supermarkets that are opposite each other. 5 mins from variety of bars and restaurants, venture 10 mins more, you head towards the main shopping area. It's a 20 min walk from location to beach, 30 mins to port. Nice walk, all downhill to beach and mobility scooter friendly.Staff were okay, some more friendly than others, no issues.Overall more than adequate with good amenities like pools, gym, self laundry, restaurants and bar.

Paul M

After reading the reviews (after booking!) we were a bit apprehensive but we loved it. Yes it is basic but the rooms are clean and comfortable enough. We were self catering, the kitchen area is small but does have everything you need, although we eat out so never used it. The towels and bedding are changed once a week. There are maidens provided on the patios outside the rooms so hang the towels out, we didn't and they definitely needed changing after a week! It's a trek into the town, about .8 of a mile, we prefer living away from the town, we like to walk. Plenty of electric buggies and scooters to hire if you struggle.

Excellent value for money. A great stay. You can see why there are so many return visitors. The only downside for us was the pool is 1.35m deep everywhere. So not great for a 4yr old learning to swim. There was no shallow end at all. But overall, an excellent place and I am sure we will return.

Hotel is OK, a little basic, but you get what you pay for.Have stayed previously and both times the room was comfortable and well maintained.Had no light in the bathroom, but this was resolved very quickly once I informed reception.Check in was easy and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. We have had a problem with tiny ants in the room and over surfaces.

Loved this place! Staff are so lovely and friendly, housekeeping immaculate, excellent WiFi . Amazing pool area ,bar and cafe great food great price, patio at your bungalow with sun loungers total Suntrap surrounded by palm trees. Entertainment guy great with kids. I didn't want to leave!!

We're still here, but so far so good, very polite and friendly staff, basic but clean and spacious rooms, located just outside the centre of Caleta , easy walk to beach or bars and restaurants. Two minor problems were sorted promptly. Would stay again.

Non stop building and renovating (which it desperately needs) but do that in the off season we were woken up early everyday and the water cut out twice in a week for a few hours. The pool is nothing special but it’s also close to the beach and city. They want us to to wear a bracelet but we aren’t animals that need to be marked and they didn’t ask for them once

Great hotel, had a very enjoyable stay. Lovely pool although I didn't use it myself. Apartment spotlessly clean. Local restaurants/cafes right in the doorstep basically. Within walking distance to the harbour for ferries and main centre of Corralejo town. Reception staff very friendly, as were the housekeeping staff. Beds were comfortable. Balcony with table and chairs and a pull out drying rack for washing. If hiring a car there is parking outside, bit hit and miss grabbing a space depending what time of day etc, but can easily find a space on one of the side streets. All in all, a nice hotel.. have already booked again for Febuary 2025..

María de la Torre

Everything is clean and the room has all the amenities for your stay. We were able to get food from the groseries and cook! Also the gym is very well equipped, so I was able to do a full workout during our stay. Our room had seafront views, very nice

Jane Montgomery

Brilliant apartments with a great atmosphere. Clean and gorgeous pool area. Only gave it 4 as there is no air con. We are here in December and the apartment is very warm so I would hate to feel it in summer! Other than that, it's perfect!

Dawn Henderson

Great location, close to the main street but far enough away that it feels a little more exclusive. Staff were fabulous, and the restaurant La Luna was great food, both breakfast and evening meal. Rooms could do with a bit of a makeover, looking a little tired but clean enough and big enough

Joy Chisholm

Stayed here before a few times but it definitely doesn't seem the same. Terrible smell from drains - really bad and it just seems to be on the one side. Rooms only serviced twice a week now, so no fresh towels, rubbish emptied etc in between . It's questionable if the apartment had been properly cleaned before we arrived. It's looking a bit tired and in need of some TLC. Ideal location, good value and La Luna is great as is the bakery/coffee shop next door.

This is a brilliant hotel!!!!People, don't look any further.I stayed with 2 kids 6 and 9 years old and we loved it.Rooms are big and comfortable. No air conditioner. But we didn't bother.Just put a matress on the balcony and slept whole night without any issues. So nice and quiet;))) and had nice cold fresh air whole night;)Food was absolutely delicious.Everyday there was something nice and different for dinner. Breakfast was good as well.Swimming pool is very good-plenty of space, not overcrowded, different depth for kids and adults.A few things to notice that didn't bother me at all, but for some people may be an issue: no shampoo or soap, no kettle or microwave, no airconditioner.Did it bother me -NOOOO.Absolutely. I moved to Alamida hotel just 100m away and that hotel is a complete disaster. The noise is unbereable, heat is killing, ...While both hotels are 2 stars, but PALM GARDENS is soo soo good!!!!And the other one is just cr....p.So in conclussion:Highly recommended hotel with brilliant staff, good food, perfect location, very reasonable price.I had 6 lovely days with kids there. If I come back to Fuerteventura in a future-I would definitely stay for the whole duration of my stay with Palm Gardens.

Bartek Chronowski

We receive warnings for disturbing the night silence when we weren't even at the hotel, and when we returned, we immediately went to sleep. The travel agency is calling us about this issue when no one from the hotel informed us. The cleaning service is very sloppy, and they close the windows when it's breezy, and there's no air conditioning. The receptionist was very unpleasant and seemed to have a grudge against us, probably due to our young age.

Ella Shacklock

If you are a POC don’t bother,Me and my white partner were made to feel very uncomfortable by the staff in the kitchen as well as the kitchen manager!! Who singled me out every morning to ‘check’ to see if we were able to eat free breakfast, when our ticket said we had paid for free breakfast whilst we were staying here, this man then proceeded to stare at me whilst eating, and almost waiting for us to finish, it was very uncomfortable and my partner as a white man felt sick that this was happening right in front of his face.

Cool Cat

I was forced to stay here once after all the more typical hotels were sold out. It was a bittersweet experience.I loved that I was in a city for a change. All of the hotels I stayed in before were secluded in the middle of no where. To be honest I didn't really enjoy this though. I just ended up doing what I did in the other hotels at night watching TV in my room. There was a bar right bellow the rooms. I believe I didn't hear the music in my room though. There wasn't any food, but luckily there is a supermarket located right next to the hotel filled with wonderful food of all kind. The view was relatively good. We tried to get a room in a higher floor, but the front desk people insisted they had no rooms so we had to stay on the third floor. The hotel is placed in a mountain and I have to say the facilities were scary. There was a large black window in the hall, which I never figured out. Overall though, fine stay if that's what you're into.

Dawn H

Would have been 4/5 but no hair dryer in room and they charge 2euros plus 50 euro deposit! Otherwise mostly ok, clean room, with sea view. Big balcony. Noisy street below with lots of traffic and building work opposite. Nearby restaurants and bars not great head for old town. Staff friendly, didn't eat here so can't comment on food.

Just back from a 3 week stay we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and there was a bottle of wine and a lovely message for us on our arrival, it was our first time and we have already booked 4 more holidays to Las Marismas de Corralejo The staff are so friendly, helpful and make you feel very welcome, the rooms are big and very clean, the pool bar staff are lovely and the food is really nice, and reasonably priced, the pools are great and there are plenty of sunbeds. We would highly recommend.....Thanks again to all the lovely staff members

Thomas Mai

Breakfast is absolutely awesome, dinner as well pretty good, lunch is okay...Service in the restaurant is absolutely okay.AI drinks are way below standard on canary islands, AI co*cktails pretty disgusting, beer and wine tastes like water. Water and juice dispenser was pretty often out of order which was pretty annoying. You can see they're struggeling to Keeper the giant area clean and working, often you can find dead doves (i don't know if they are getting poisoned - but would be understandable in face of the mass of these creatures in the north of the island)co*ckroaches are okay in such an area, but it had been a little to much of them for my feeling of a clean hotel. The often mentioned construction noise does exist, yes, but isn't really annoying. The overall experience was okay but improvement in different areas would be possible, some of them quiet easy to gather

Colm Devitt

Very professional, spotlessly clean, efficient, friendly, very reasonably priced in house restaurant, complete shower/ changing rooms for people who are waiting to head to the airport, fantastic car hire facility from reception. In house shop has most things that you need. Pool area is excellent, as is the pool bar. Room are of the highest quality and spacious. There is no negative comment, but if I was forced to do so, the bicycles on hire from the hotel are of poor standard I would not recommend them. That said, I understand the bikes are sub contracted in.I give this hotel 95 out of 100. We stayed Feb/March 2024.

Michaela Krenz

A very nice and quiet Hotel complex. The rooms are very clean as well as the entire complex. There are two pools. One pool is heated what is very nice for cooler days.Staff is friendly and helpful. In the complex is a mini supermarket with things they are needed for everyday life and a bit more. The prices are ok.The food is nice. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms have a hairdryer and lots of shampoo and shower gel.Beside the kids pool there is a very clean shower room also with shampoo and shower gel. This is very handy on your last day and your flight is a late one. They also have a nice pool bar with good food. The portions are quite big. If you are not a big eater just share it. We had baguette with fries each on the first day. We couldn't eat it up.We hired bikes on one day to cycle to the beach. I wouldn't do it again. The bikes are not very good and comfortable. But this is the only minus I give. We hired over the hotel for three days a car and this worked out very well. All in one I have to say we had an enjoyable time and I would go there again. I definitely recommend it.For families....there is a lovely mini club, playground and kids pool. For sporty ones... the hotel has a good equipped gym a tennis and squash court.

Ged Robb

This was my first solo trip abroad and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! All of the staff were lovely, and above all I felt very safe here on my own.Breakfast is great, lots of choice whether you want cooked options or cereal and fruit.Pool area is nice and relaxed with plenty of sun beds and a nice pool. Great location too, within walking distance to supermarket, beach, and shops.Highly recommended!

The Staff were friendly. Clean and tidy and great rooms. Beds were very comfy and new. Rooms were very clean and decorated plain but trendy. Nice pool and sunbeds as wellI would definitely come back to this hotel.

Really nice hotel, staff are lovely and Very friendly. Seen them cleaning the hall ways with a carpet cleaner twice in a week to keep the place clean! Rooms are spot on for the price, decent size fridge was nice to have for a few beers and to put my insulin in. Would definitely stop here again if we came backOnly thing I would say is it needs some better pillows

Great place to enjoy your stay in Fuerteventura: comfortable rooms, lovely pool, quiet atmosphere and great position in Corralejo. Also, the staff is very welcoming and helpful and the structure is well maintained. Only one thing I did not understand: cleaning service and towel change were not included in my 4 night stay.

We had an excellent stay with you. We loved the apartment village, the nearby swimming pool, the great cleanliness of the premises, the availability of the staff and the pool bar restaurant. It was really great. Thank you very much to all the hotel employees.

Marcela Pe

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was spacious and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The location is great, really close to the beach and in the centre of Costa Calma. The staff was friendly and helpful. Really nice place to stay.

Torben Friis Svendsen

Bright, modern apartments with a view through the palm trees to the sea. Clean and nicely furnished, but lacking air conditioning. Quick check-in and friendly service. The apartment complex is spread over a large area, so we had to cross two roads to reach the central pool area, where we missed some atmosphere and a pool bar.In the apartment, the kitchen/living room and bathroom are not separated by a regular door but by a thin glass door, causing some obvious inconvenience. We were three adults in the apartment, which is certainly not recommended. Our apartment was right next to a center with shops and bars, contributing to some music noise late into the night. This is our fourth stay on Fuerteventura, and we would gladly return to the island, but not to Bahia Calma Beach.

B Fur

Bahia NO Calma Beach. It is a very mixed review. On the positive side:- Nice well equipped rooms- Nice heated pool- Modern Bathroom- Proximity to the (nice) beach- Proximity to stores- Easy & Free parkingHowever we will NEVER stay here again. We were here for a relaxed holidays and specifically asked prior to check in for a room in a quiet part of the resort as we needed to relax and wanted to use this holiday to recharge batteries. Also we stayed here with a child. We were put in a room next to Rapa Nui Surfbar. Big misstake!! Also just above our room there was a disco.. first night till 02:00 loud music, followed by loud people then around 05:00am garbage trucks & trucks to empty glass containers came.. second night extreme loud music till 04:00am! (Yes it was newyears eve but the sound level was just over the top) After that many loud people next to the appartment on the street partying and screaming till after 05:00am.Complaining did not help! Thinking it was all the cleaners started with the appartment upstairs at 08:00am!! Extremely loud and after asking them to wait till later and they acknowledged still the continued. It was reported to the reception but no feedback rather than "we will let them know".Unfortunately no solution at all from the "passive" reception.Just a pitty.. they cannot / should not rent out these rooms knowing that this isnt suitable for ones that don't come here to party... the complex is nice but if you go there and want to relax avoid any room near the bars/disco.Tip to the management: please think with a solution and listen to customers wishes rather than being passive and "ignore" problems.UPDATE 7 jan: after feedback Bahia: Really appreciate feedback however the room change was offered but it was to a studio and not an appartment. That doesn't work with 3 people. Also I was informed this is probably even a noiser room as it is below a restaurant... thats said: these rooms cannot and should not be rented out to families with kids.... a warning for others will be in place.

Alex

Everything was great and exactly as expected. As described before we booked; we knew what we were getting and in a very convenient place within Costa calma so very close to the beach and to local shops and restaurants. The room itself was great, clean and with enough amenities to stay comfortably and even cook a meal. Depending on what room you get you might feel a bit hot but all you need to do is go to the reception and they will give you a fan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay! Thank you

The location is excellent, offering parking and allowing exploration of many places by car or on foot, including the city, its beaches, and surrounding spots easily.I should mention that we only spent one night in the original room; the other three nights were upgraded at an additional cost. The studio apartment didn't meet our expectations; the cold white light upon arrival and the lack of a practical layout for the suitcase were disappointing for me. From my point of view the shower was cramped, and many areas looked worn, like the shelf near the mirror. It felt quite noisy for me, with sounds from the corridors and neighbors easily audible. After friendly service on the second day, we upgraded to a Junior Suite for an extra €25 per night. Unfortunately, it was directly under the bar, leading to early morning disturbances from chair moving and cleaning. Despite being nicer, I was bothered by the absence of hand soap at the sink (in any room, according to my inquiry) and annoying for me the inconvenient toilet paper setup.I'm disappointed that the accommodation fell short of the comfort I had hoped for. Lastly, from my view the breakfast experience was disorganized, with long waits and a repetitive, sometimes poorly coordinated routine, leaving us waiting for drinks even after finishing the meal.Overall, for me the exterior gives a better impression than the interior, and it didn't nearly meet my expectations for a relaxing hotel stay.

Shannon Lin

Location absolutely amazing. Walking distance from so many places and was very safe walking at night. However, we found on our last few nights co*ckroaches in the room. Although google said it was normal in the area the fact that cleaning services are not automatically applied to all rooms is very disappointing. if you know co*ckroaches are likely to come why not provide a service to help. The pool was also extremely cold and although wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t for the fact that the whole area was taken up by older people not even using the pool but using the limited chairs to sunbathe. We were also offered a free drink on the rooftop bar but was treated with rude service after being told the voucher could only be used on certain days and we were not notified of this.Lastly, the breakfast although very nice was in my opinion not much and had very limited options.

Petra Williams

Our first visit and would certainly come again. Great location, clean hotel and very helpful staff. Restaurant ‘Platernera’ is great for an evening meal. The rooms are good although pool not heated. Highly recommend as near the old town so great base to explore Fuerteventura and local beaches too.

Ally Mullen

Our stay at Bristol Sunset Beach Apartments was marked by several positive aspects. The location is superb, offering proximity to town, supermarkets, restaurants, and a bus stop. The interiors are fresh and clean, featuring a comfortable bed and spacious bedroom and living room. The beds and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, and the inclusion of ceiling fans in the room adds to the overall comfort. The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave oven, and coffee maker, along with on-site laundry facilities, enhances convenience. The staff was notably helpful throughout our stay. The clientele are very pleasant people, we noticed no disturbances during our stay.On the downside, the breakfast options were limited and carb-heavy, impacting the overall dining experience. I wish we had opted out of this at the time of booking, it was very poor value for money. The pool area, albeit present, was very small and had less-than-comfortable loungers. Additionally, the extra charges for cleaning and sheet changes were a drawback. Despite these cons, the positive features, especially the prime location and pristine rooms, make Bristol Sunset Beach Apartments a viable choice for accommodation.

Marcia Mcvinnie

Lovely rooms, everything you need, lower floor rooms have bigger balcony. Helpful staff.don't listen to bad reviews, pools small and cold but plenty of beds. Nice comfy bed in your room, there is no cleaning done here but everything here to do it yourself, if you do bring kids get ground floor room.

I wanted to review this hotel because I couldn’t find many up to date ones this year . We stayed here last week and we had a fantastic stay . The location for us was perfect.we walked to the best beaches on the island and covered approximately 8/9 km per day of glorious beaches .The hotel is very quiet which we guessed , but we wanted a quiet one . There’s no atmosphere, no buzz , no vibe , but just lovely accommodation- cleaned daily , modern and breakfast thrown in which was ok .We had room 201 which had the biggest balcony overlooking the road and dunes view bit also the sea and dunes view . The road isn’t overly busy or noisy so wasn’t a problem. We had the sun all day , loungers and table and chairs - perfect for us sunworshippers .Obviously the near beaches are naturist beaches too , each to their own , we avoided the ashtrays which seemed to attract it …A taxi into the town / harbour was 6 euros but you can walk there - 25 mins along the coast which was a good walk and makes u appreciate the beaches nearer the hotel ..would definitely recommend the hotel for a quiet escape where no hassle, no children ( not catered for as in clubs etc ) just lots of sunshine n sand 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

David Holley

Lovely restful hotel. Excellent service. Location is difficult as everything is a 20 minute walk away which is not the hotels fault I suppose. Brilliant for access to the dunes. Staff were excellent, breakfasts superb. The views from the pool area and dining room are tremendous.

The room and hotel were spacious and spotlessly clean. Fantastic buffet breakfast. The only thing that let's this place down for me is the location. It's right next to one of the best beaches on fuerteventura but it's too far away from any shops and restaurants.

Nigel

Great hotel that offers B&B. Rooms are in excellent condition, complex is clean and situated beside Flag Beach. Breakfast choice is very good.

Not a bad hotel at all, especially for what we paid. All inclusive, food was decent enough although a bit repetitive at times, but that's all inclusive for you. Bonus was that they don't stop you from using all inclusive on your last day like most hotels, which is great when you're not flying home till 9pm at night. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools could do with some refurbishment as the paint is all peeling, although it's not a big deal.Overall, we would definitely come back again.

Brian Morrall

Truthfully I wasn't expecting a lot after reading some of the older reviews, but I can honestly say that we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.Fairly basic accommodation a little rough round the edges, but comfortable and adequate. The inclusive food was very good, a better choice than I expected, plenty of fresh veg and fruit all day and various choices of cooked food at lunchtime and evening meal. Snacks in the corner bar, such as burgers, chicken nuggets, biscuits and little ice cream pots you helped yourself to.Drinks were "local" but (not being any kind of connoisseur) they were as good as the branded and plentiful. All members of staff were polite and friendly. They also had to work very hard, most working in various parts of the hotel all day and into the night. The entertainment was very basic, but that was fine for us. It meant all was quiet by 11pm and a good excuse for a last drink and bed.

Very good hotel with very helpful staff. Two nice swimming pools, that have a life guard. All inclusive is a great bargain. Interesting entertainment in the evenings. Good selection of food at breakfast, lunch and evening meal. The only improvement would be orange juice being provided at breakfast.

christopher mccarthy

The staff at this hotel are lovely. The evening entertainment is not the best. The rooms are clean and we had a decent size balcony. In the room there are no facilities such as iron, kettle however there is a hairdryer. There is building work going on opposite the entrance to the hotel so if your room is on that side which mine was you want get much peace during the day however you could hardly hear it at the pool area. The pool is heated although could be updated as most of the paint is peeling off. There is a large gym with decent equipment. The food was quite good although lacked variety so if you are there for a week or more you'll find yourself eating out. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the nearest shops and restaurants and approx 10 minutes walk to the beach. Although WiFi is available in the reception areas you are unlikely to get it in the room.

Jane Warner

Basic room. You have to hire a kettle. The room is clean, but the furniture is dated and in places damaged. Around the hotel there are damaged tiles on the stairs,no hand rails. The pool area is quite large and holds a lot of beds, but the beds are dated and saggy, with no adjustment to sit up. The food on offer is good if you are from the Eastern block, lots of potatoes and pork. The crockery is chipped and marked, and some glasses and cups are chipped quite badly. Entertainment was minimal. I wouldn't return to this hotel, not good value for money. However, it is a couple of minutes' walk to most amenities.

For a budget 3 star hotel I couldn't of asked for anything more really. We didn't go for the hotel experience however location I thought was great as we could enjoy the main beach and the town without a taxi. The hotel offered a lovely pool with trees beds and parasols. Had an adult only section away from any children swimming. Food was surprisingly good the usual menu with a few changes everyday. And lots of drinks to choose from. The room we had was in the adults section and was cleaned regularly and when asking the receptionists for help they was very happy to accommodate our needs and advice. The evening entertainment is mainly for kids however there was a couple of night of bingo live music ect. All in all anyone looking to see the beauty of this island and able to enjoy a lovely relaxing pool with food drinks and ice creams all day I would recommend to anyone. Thank you

We had a brilliant all inclusive two week holiday. The hotel was lovely, very welcoming. Spacious living room, bedroom and balcony, which overlooked the pools. There was lots of choice in the dining room with a variety of delicious food. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was some renovation work being done, but it was done quietly, so it was not a problem to us. Some of the rooms were being renovated. We were a short walk from beautiful beaches, and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff were lovely. The food was fantastic! Loads of choice including Peking duck, squid, fish, paella, roast meats, curries, bolognaise, casseroles, pasta dishes, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, salads, homemade soup. All breads and pastries also homemade. The all inclusive drinks were high quality, I loved the Amstel and the wines. I think next time I would request an adult only room (rooms numbered 400s and 500s) as they are further away from the other family pools which could get a bit noisy. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would return here.

It was perfect , everyone we spoke to said they thought it was fantastic. No issues at all. All areas clean and kept on top of room cleaned every other day. Pool bars open all the time Lenny of good choice everyone I spoke to said they every drink nice, only issue I had was fruit juices watery like cordial but all others 👍🏻! Staff pleasant, worked hard and were very helpful. First hotel I’ve stayed in where it was not noisey on a night, all slept well in a good spacious 2 room apartment with great balcony. Good food, tonnes of choice , pizzas, pastas, spaghetti sausages salads meats cheeses bread definitely a few options even for the fussiest children. Fish , rice and casseroles different each meal and so many different choices each day and night that we did not want to eat out! Lots for the children to do, volley pitch, football pitch , gym area, arcades slightly hidden not too annoying/costly and snooker tables. Different entertainment every night, yoga, fitness classes on offer and pool games with entertainers who are fantastic, pleasant and approachable. A lovely walk to shops snd beaches within 10 minutes. Very very pleasantly surprised as were all the people we spoke to that were staying in the hotel. Due to this , for the first time ever we would consider returning to this island and hotel as it was great!

Rachel Seabridge

My friend and I went in April so it was pretty quiet. Rooms clean and tidy. The food was great and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. It’s a good 20/30 minute walk into town but a gorgeous costal walk which we did most mornings. In the other direction the dunes are about a 40 minutes walk but definitely worth it.I probably wouldn’t go high season (only because I don’t have small children’s anymore) but would return without hesitation.

Pretty good hotel overall. The location is great - 5min walk to the beach. The rooms/suites are very spacious, 2 tvs, fridge and you get a little lounge area. The pool area is also nice. Wifi was excellent and worked great in all locations. The food on the other hand could definetly be improved at dinner, specially the Live Grill section. It always had long queues and the meat/fish was either overcooked or undercooked. I got served raw chicken once (see photo). Breakfast was good thou. All in all, we thought it was good value for money.

David Middlemas

Nice hotel, located less than 5mins walk from the beach front. Rooms are of a decent standard but could benefit from a bit of paint to refresh the rooms as the walls were white. Food was of a good variation across all meals , could do with new plates and cutlery. Only 2 bars each open at different times but the drinks were of a good standard, Henry the bar tender knows how to cook up a cracking co*cktail or 2 .Other than the few minor issues mentioned our only main issue was the pool. Only one pool area for such a large complex, battle for sun loungers was a daily task. We visited at Easter while the school break was on and it felt over crowded. Entertainment area felt the same on the night we stopped in , not enough space. The town of Morro Jable itself was stunning. Lovely large clean beach with white sand . Locals are friendly and helpful, the old town has some real charm, nice restaurants and bars. We will be returning just not in season.

We’ve been in this hotel for Christmas break. I personally needed a break from work and some relaxation. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Great food, great personnel, great entertainment for adults and excellent entertainment for kids.Everyone was so helpful and for the Christmas dinner they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. The food was absolutely amazing, the entire kitchen team waiting to greet us and wish us Merry Christmas was completely unexpected. The kids entertainment team needs a 5 star rating just for themselves. The kids couldn’t have a greater time. Each day the entertainment team had something new and for all ages. They had also the intelligence to find a way to break any language barrier.Meals and drinks: I am a fuss eater but there was never a problem to find something I liked. There was never an issue to find a table either inside or outside. Drinks were of a good quality.Room was very spacious, cleaned daily, with no additional needs from our side.Overall we managed to relax and found it very difficult to leave this (minimum) 4 stars hotel and go back home.

Nice location, close to a very nice beach. Rooms, pool and all around very clean. The food is horrible, the worst we ever had in all inclusive from many countries we’ve been, you get exactly the same food every single day. Only 1-2 tipes of hot food to choose from and the rest you get boiled eggs for all meals same salami and cheese and many sides. The meat and fish on the grill always Not cooked enough. After 3 days been eating out for the rest of the week as got sick of only eating fries, salad, tomatoes and cheese. one morning Cereals had bugs in them (I’ve got picture to prove), coffee at the pool and lobby you need to pay €2.5 as only the cheap ones from the machines is in all inclusive. They have too many rules for the guests but not for them, men’s that always checking bracelets and the cards for the meals very rude, if you want to take one muffin or anything out from restaurant they will stop you and take it back because not allowed and expecting the guests to speak Spanish… Never been informed about any activities, like evening entertainment in the lobby area were not enough seats available or that the pool opens at 9am and you need to queue from 8am to get a sun lounger, again not enough for everyone. The kids club been ok, the guys from there doing a great job keeping kids busy. Anyway too many things to write but overall will not recommend this hotel for all inclusive.

Christmas family holidayThe hotel is in a great location, the food is delicious. Our room was cleaned every day. A huge variety of soft and alcoholic drinks for all inclusive. In December the pool was heated. The Christmas dinner was amazing. The staff are very friendly. Everyday there was live music. Lots of activities for children. Aqua gym and aqua mat is great and fun. Amazing animators that look after the children. I would definitely return to this hotel again. Thank you very much for the holiday **** -Magda

We stayed here for nine nights as a couple. The location of this duplex apartment is excellent. The furnishings are okay, although the cupboards and doors (bathroom) on the bedroom floor need renovation. The lady at the reception and the housekeeping staff are friendly. However, we had a major problem with the jacuzzi. From day 2 we reported that the jacuzzi was not functioningA technician has been by every day since day 4, but we were not able to use the jacuzzi during our stay. Submitted a written complaint upon returning home, but no response. Recalled after 5 weeks, still no response. Very disappointing, considering the price range of the apartment (we paid 190 euros per night). That is why this accommodation scores a very poor score.

What a lovely place to stay. Comfortable apartment with fantastic ocean views and a nice jacuzzi. A small cleaning crew comes almost every day. We stayed in the 4-person apartment which is perfect for 2 as well for 4 people. Please note that there's only A/C in the bedroom upstairs, not downstairs where the other bed is. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed in May 2022 for 1 week in the Non seafront property (1 row behind seafront). 2 Adults on our first fancy foreign holiday together!Pros- Amazing View (If you get lucky and your balcony and garden are in the right spot a great view of the ocean)- Location (very close to ocean, grocery store and town centre with amazing restaurants a short walk away)- Spacious (especially when occupied by just 2 people)- AC in bedroom (Cannot imagine sleeping without it)- Nice Staff (Helpful with confused tourists who didn't read check-in instructions or simple signs)- Water proof wrist band keys (along with normal key card to allow you to go swimming without worrying about the keys)- Good TV with Amazon Firestick (gives plenty of options for entertainment especially if you have a laptop)- JACUZZI! (God damn a private jacuzzi is a real must for a "treat-yo-self" holiday after experiencing this)Cons- Limited wi-fi coverage (virtually non existant in upstairs bedroom)- Jacuzzi cleanliness (there were visible lines of grime on the jacuzzi which clearly hadn't had a good clean in a while)- No proper oven (The kitchen is ok but the stove top is just that, a stove, no oven below - not optimal for pizza)- No AC in living room (If 3 or 4 staying this area is the extra bedroom, could be unbearably hot at times to sleep and uncomfortable in the day)- Cleaners turned AC off in bedroom (we left the AC running in bedroom to give us a cool place to, you know.... And it got a bit sweaty when this got turned off when cleaner came in)- 2 Single beds instead of proper double/king size (This can lead to interesting positions if one falls down during.....)- Minor wear and tear (Such as upstairs toilet door looking a bit shabby and not closing properly)Overall for the money a great location and made many happy memories. Would recommend a visit especially in the off season where you can get a good price and not being to over crowded at the beach.

Well located lodge with free parking outside and public pool available for the guest of the complex. The apartanent Is organized in two floors and has almost everything you could need for your time in Fuerteventura, including a private Jacuzzi in the little front garden for each flat.Great place for couples, families or simply for people looking to have their own indipendence with style.

Luana Gazzara

Such a cool place to spent your time in Fuerteventura. The apartment is big, and it’s built up in two levels. It has a big living room with a bathroom and a small kitchen and, at the first floor, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom. There are also a Jacuzzi and a small yard/garden for each apartment. The structure has also a big pool and a public parking in the street. I would be happy to choose again this structure for my next trip in Fuerteventura.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Robinson and my experience was truly exceptional. The hotel's ambiance was delightful, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploration. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding management led by Edwin. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every aspect of my stay. The staff was not only courteous and attentive but also went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience.I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a top-notch hospitality experience, thanks in no small part to the exceptional management team. Kudos to Edwin and the entire staff for making my stay truly memorable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Robinson Jandia Playa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze. The hotel's location is simply stunning, with its beautiful beachfront setting and breathtaking ocean view. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The variety of dining options at the hotel was impressive, offering a diverse range of cuisines to satisfy any palate. The quality of the food and the service in the restaurants was top-notch.One of the standout features of the hotel was the range of activities and entertainment options available. Whether you're looking for relaxation by the pool, water sports, or evening shows, there's something for everyone. The entertainment team did an excellent job of keeping guests engaged and entertained. The staff at Hotel Robinson Jandia Playa truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable and enjoyable. A Generous 2 stars from me, I'm not saying I wouldn't come here again BUT I would find it extremely hard to choose to stay here as I just don't think it is value for money. in comparison to other places I have stayed. The location is great with just a 10 / 15 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the main strip and 5 minutes to the convenience store. The resort could really benefit from a rear access gate as it is really big and would really benefit all the guests on that side of the resort. Even guests returning from the beach etc. as it would save a considerable amount of walking. The resort had three large pools and plenty of sunbeds, which seems to prevent the usual 7AM race to need to reserve one which is always a bonus for me. The pools were a good size but they really could do with a little TLC and there was quite a bit of scum in the corner of one that was there over a few days.Accommodation was basic, but clean and relatively modern . I didnt find the beds particularly comfortable and you only had to sit on them or nudge them for them to slide accross the floor as they were so lightweight. The kitchenette was again basic but perfectly adequate for cooking a basic meal. The showers were pretty impressive with good pressure and a good temperature, and the rest of the bathroom was clean and tidy. The towels however are pathetic and so small, it doesnt even fit around the waist, another thing that made it feel a bit cheap. The biggest complaint with the rooms however was how the walls seem to be made of cardboard with no soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear peoples conversations in the adjoining apartments, this is even more of an issue when you have around 8 people partying until 4AM in the one next to you every night. This is where I do have to give reception credit, after speaking to them we were moved to another room with much quieter neighbours and no pests. We did have some co*ckroaches visit on the first day however after informing reception, the room was fumigated and we didn't see another one afterwards.WiFi was not included in the price, its available in reception for a couple of hours in a morning but apart from that you have to pay and I felt it rather expensive.Whilst the above may paint the resort in a negative light the thing is that the actual rooms are OK they're just on par with much cheaper places in the same area. For the price we paid for this, there are so many other resorts that have better facilities, free WiFi, free safe, better beds, normal size towels and rooms where I haven't been able to hear a thing from my neighbours. Its for that reason alone I cant find myself recommending the place based on the price we paid and what we got. If however this resort showed up again considerably cheaper then i would likely consider it if i were looking for a cheap budget holiday, but there's just too many other places offering a better experience for the price we paid, that aren't trying to upsell things like WiFi and safes.

Steve Lawrence

Visited on my lads stag doo, great place, not sure about all the apartments boarded up we only seen 2 and that is fare back in the resort which is massive you cant see them unless you go looking, does have residents staying there also but the place was ideal for us, rooms clean, has everything you need for self catering, great location, one pool was shut but had 3 others which were a good size, no putting towels out for sunbeds there are hundreds, pool bar was open each day with very friendly staff, served breakfast and had a lunch menu, happy hour from 3pm, we would definitely visit again. don't be put off with some of the reviews.

Mikey Lazaro

Do not be put off by other reviews!!!Yes this hotel is way past its heyday but it is clean and very usable for the price you pay.We stayed in block B for reference. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious with all the mod cons minus A/c.The hotel I imagine was once a big thriving hotel but now runs a pool bar during the day which serves for and drinks at a reasonable price. The pools are very clean and well serviced. The grounds are a little tired but once again for the price you pay and it only been a 3star it's acceptable.Me and my wife stayed this time, we usually stay 4 or 5 star when we travel with our children 12 and 6 bit we would definitely take our kids to this hotel.Overall for the price this hotel I more than meets a good standard.

Wrose Elite Plumbing & Bathroom's ltd

We enjoyed our stay, it needs updating but we didn't stay in the rooms to care. Plus what we paid was expected. Rooms cleaned every other day. Food on site is better than main strip. Pools are clean and staff are happy. Its a three star and what should be expected.

Rebecca Reynolds

Spend your money on a nicer hotel in the area, it is rumoured this place is in the process of closing down. Many of the the apartments are boarded up and abandoned, the on-site supermarket and pub have also been bricked up and old furniture is dumped around the grounds. The whole complex feels very derelict and poorly maintained. We had to change rooms our first night because of an infestation of bugs all over the furniture including in the bed. The receptionist couldn’t have been less shocked or apologetic implying this happens all the time. Our experience with the receptionists was that they were rude and unhelpful. The maids and pool bar staff were more pleasant but the morale is clearly low and it wouldn’t surprise me if the complex closed completely in the next few months. The pool area was decent and a nice size but again needs some maintenance and tlc. Can’t comment on the food because we were self-catering.Overall the complex is very tired. We didn’t expect luxury from 3* accommodation but the apartments felt dirty and full of bugs. It was likely a nice place to stay 10 years ago but has obviously been neglected over time.

The rooms were nice, but no air con. Location is almost a bit too far from the beach, but there are 2 nice pools and an amazing pool bar with very nice staff.

christopher mccarthy

Great location, 10 minute walk from the main strip and the beach/marina. Rooms a bit dated but clean and spacious. Food and drinks were lovely. Staff were great, only downside is because it's a TUI France hotel all the entertainment was in French so we didn't really know what was happening but some of the entertainment team did make an effort to chat with us. I would go back.

Rachel Parker

I recently visited Oasis village. Do not be misled by the photos, the pool is nice but the complex (not village) is grim. On arrival we were put in the worst possible room imaginable. It smelt of sewerage and was in a dark corner.I immediately asked to be moved, which they agreed the room not much better but round the pool. There are live wires hanging out of walls, the kettle blew up. Not once did the cleaner visit the room, we had to ask for clean towels which are very old and toilet rolls. The food on some days was fine although not very warm. The breakfast always cold and had to put in microwave.Overall I would not revisit this hotel, it is very dated. The entertainment is all French although this hotel is advertised on UK sites.Worst hotel ever stayed and stayed in hundreds. Very Poor. Staff miserable and unhelpful.

LIVE REVIEW, WILL BE UPDATED THROUGHOUT OUR STAYEasily the worst hotel I have stayed at.31/08/22We arrived today around mid day and had to wait till our room was available. The beer here is lovely for an all inclusive hotel, the food so far is awful, with only a couple of choices and chips. I was surprised to find a whole clove of raw garlic in the garlic mayo. The rooms are boiling and have no air conditioning not even a fan, this can be rented for €40.There is no free WiFi you have to pay to rent a pool towels. All entertainment is made for French and no English speaking so have to miss that.2/9/22Found out the hotel has gone bankrupt so will close down at the end of the season, I don't think It will be missed. The food is still awful, the pool has gone green and the sides are thick with mould. The fan you can rent for 40 euro is a desk fan.

Aukse Vasiliauskiene

No ideal to go if you're not understanding French language. All activities more for the adults, not a lot for the kids. Food is good, but drinks is more less likely to taste like a without alcohol. Weather at the moment is not the best, very windy and not too much of sun, basically jumper or jacket is my recommendation. Swimming pools as been described are wormed, it's nothing like that, watter is very salted and cold. People working in the is nice. I happy with my holidays, but would not want to be back.

The location is fantastic as you're in the heart of Corralejo and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed both in the beach front apartment and the villa for our Christmas vacation. For the 2-bedroom apartment the best part is the beach front deck, but it was a bit tight for our group of 5. The villa had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a lot more space and private pool and back yard. This was a lot more comfortable although you give up the beach front aspect. The resort also has a small pool in the common area. This property is no frills and didn't come with amenities like shampoo or paper towels. However, for the affordable price and top location, I'd recommend for a week long stay to make this your beach vacation home with your family.

Villas are perfect. We stayed with our 3 children and fantastic location ..right on the beach.Steps from main street for food....hosts were great Mitiam and Gabien so relaxed and helpful and there for any questions. Villas had everything we needed ..washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, air con in every room, irons, comfy beds, pool, towels, cleaning service, and plenty of chill and sand ..loved it ..great place to stay and we will be back!

Richard Weir

Beautiful place. The villa is right on the beach and it’s got everything you need. The pool is small but for us 4 it was great. You can walk back from town at night across the beach which is a very nice end to a night out. The pool man came about 4 times and was very discreet. Maid service was spot on. We will definitely be going back and we have never been back to the same place ever!! Loved it loved it loved it!!

Misha Mikhail

Stayed there four nights. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent with sea view. However there is a bar just below with live music, which might bother some. The apartment itself is quite big, not exactly luxury, but good enough for me! In all I recommend it.

Cliff White

I have to give this place poor rating because of their poor treatment of clients. The on site staff are good but our holiday there had 2 major issues. 1st being we only had 2 days of acceptable showers the rest had extremely low pressure and on one evening no shower at all and we had to shower with the cold water shower at the pool side. We made several requests to have this rectified but it seemed they were unable to resolve perhaps they should have got a specialist in but this now seems this may have been an on going issue. The second was co*ckroaches we accepted maybe 1 or 2 but we had 7 or 8 visit us during our stay we were told it's just one of those things yes true 1 or 2 but not 7 or more. Our apartment was next to the kitchens to their beach bar which made us wonder on their cleanliness so luckily we had not eaten there and then also avoided. As a side the bar is probably the most expensive along the beach. We did send an e mail direct to them stating our concerns and requesting some kind of gesture from them but they have decided to ignore us. Therefore trying to avoid us loosing faith in them as a business but it seems they just do not care so I feel people need to be made aware of their trading style. I would now not recommend this establishment to anybody and there are plenty of nice alternative accommodation available.
